<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<p>Place cocoa, sugar and salt in a saucepan, add hot water and stir well. Heat on stove until boiling, stir constantly. Turn heat down, and add milk. Keep stirring while heating the milk &#8211; but don&#8217;t boil the milk. Once heated pour mixture into 4 mugs. Place one pink and one white marshmallow on top.</p>

<li>2 drops of vanilla essense</li>
<li>2 drops of red food coloring</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method: </strong> Grease a square tin. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add icing sugar and milk continuing to beat slowly. Beat in the vanilla and coconut &#8211; the mixture will become very stiff. Place half the mixture in the greased tin, mix the red food coloring in with the remaining mixture. Spread the pink half of the mixture over the top of the white half.</p>
<p>Chill the coconut ice in the fridge until firm and then cut into small squares.</p>

<li>¾ teaspoon cinnamon</li>

</ul>
<p><strong>Method</strong><br />
Preheat oven to 180° C and grease a cooking tray.</p>
<p>Cream together the butter, sugar and egg. It will become light and fluffy. Stir in the mashed bananas and the oats. Combine the remaining dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Blend the mixture well.</p>
<p>Use a teaspoon and measure out the cookie dough onto the greased tray. One teaspoon makes one cookie.</p>
<p>Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.</p>

<p>Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celcius. Place peach halves with the cut side up in a baking dish.  Pour peach juice into the bottom of the baking dish &#8211; not on top of the peaches.</p>
<p>Mix brown sugar and cinamon in a cup and sprinkle over the peaches. Place 1/2 a teaspoon of cornflakes on top of each peach. And top with a wee dot of butter.</p>
<p>Bake for 15 &#8211; 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream.</p>

<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<p>Place 3cm of water into a large roasting pan. Place the roasting pan in the oven and set it to bake at 180 degrees celcius.  Drain the peaches and apricots and place in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the fruit. Place eggs, white sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat with a mixer. Pour the mixture over the top of the fruit. Set the baking dish into the roasting dish with the 3cm of water.</p>
<p>Bake for an hour.</p>
