Crunchy Rice Bubble Delight
Age: 10+
What You’ll Need:
- 1/2 cup of butter (loosely packed)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 5 cups rice bubbles
Method:
Place butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan bring to the boil and then cook on low for 7 minutes. Stir constantly to ensure mixture doesn’t burn. Place rice bubbles in a mixing bowl, and pour the honey mixture over them. Combine quickly. Press mixture into a well greased cake slice tin and cut while hot.
