<li>parsley</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<p>Break eggs into a saucepan and add milk, salt and pepper. Beat the egg mixture well. Place on the stove over a medium heat and stir constantly. As the mixture starts to thicken reduce the heat and keep stirring. Be careful not to over cook &#8211; it should be a little runny.</p>
<p>Serve with toast immediately.</p>
